This project intended to be part of an overall regeneration project for the Cork Street corridor, the objective being to recreate a mixed use city street-scape. This scheme was granted planning permission to refurbish and extend the ground floor retail units and first floor apartment and provide an additional apartment with shared roof garden to form a 3-storey building. The development included a new contemporary fa├žade with new shop front.
